Our Story
Tamarack Healing Center began as my own healing journey—one marked by trauma, resilience, self-discovery, and the slow process of learning how to feel safe in my body again. Every modality I now offer is something that once supported me when I felt lost, disconnected, and overwhelmed.
As I experienced the grounding of Reiki, the clarity of Human Design , the comfort of meditation, and the stabilizing presence of crystals, I felt guided to share these tools with others. Not from a place of perfection, but from a place of truth—that healing isn't linear, and we don't have to walk it alone.
This practice is built on compassion, softness, and witnessing.
Every person who walks through these doors brings their own story.
My role is simply to hold space, offer guidance, and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been waiting to exhale.
